High Court same-sex marriage challenge to be decided next week, with reasons to follow.

Yesterday the High Court heard argument in the Commonwealth’s challenge to the ACT Marriage Equality (Same Sex) Act 2013.  The transcript of argument is available here.

At the conclusion of argument the Chief Justice indicated that the Court hoped to be able to announce a decision on 12 December 2013.
